For Takuma Goya, Salsa…it’s like a feeling that the wind of a note blows through my body, and I could become like a Peter Pan flying to the sky freely. Wearing the robe of music with exquisite sense, I want everyone to feel…”What a great feeling salsa gives us!”

Palitha Dharmadasa from Srilanka, moved to Bangkok last year; I first started my salsa dancing classes at Salsa Hacha last year November. Passion for dancing I had since small, I started dancing around the age of 10 that is our national traditional dancing, then fallen in Love with Latin music and dancing when I do post graduate studies. For me dancing is a hobby, sport and most of all a meditation.

WENDY & NEIL

"Salsa dancing for us, like a universal language, bridges human beings from all walks of life and opens up inspiring conversation between two dancers. And the conversation goes on…"

LYD & RICH

Junjira Kunkan "I have been dancing salsa for around 3 three years. I took Salsa classes with Arnie and P' DJ from the beginner class and took a performer class with Roj and P' Aoy in 2006 then no more serious class, just went out some times for socail dancing. Salsa is a part of my life. It is my favorite pursuit. Salsa bring me many good things eg. friends, fun, good exercise, etc . Thank you salsa!! I really like Salsa!!"

Richard Thurman "I grew up in San Francisco, which is probably one of the largest Salsa communities in the world. However, there were so many things to do that I was never drawn to the music or the dance itself. I had plenty of Latin American friends who danced, but I always preferred Hip Hop. Living in Bangkok, I found myself seeking something constructive to do with my evenings. I wanted to meet new people and develop quality relationships with people of all backgrounds. Once I began to learn Salsa basics, I began to crave more. I aspired to be a better dancer and this drove me to spend countless hours practicing and multiple nights social dancing per week. Salsa has connected me with people from all over the world and the thing I love most about it is that it's a universal language that I can speak with people no matter where they are from. It has changed me and changed my life forever."
