CASA DE LA SALSA (NEW YORK, USA)
Almaira Ahyos is a founder and director of New York's finest dance company. She has performed at most of the major New York City salsa venues, including Lincoln Center, as well as international salsa congresses and events throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Europe.She performs with Carlos König Dancers and an all-female Latin dance ensemble, Dulce Bembe. Almaira also hosts benefits and social dance events of her own under her group's banner, Casa de la Salsa, and ties in her love of dance to her non-profit "day job" by teaching dance to the elderly in Washington Heights.

STEVE COLON is a Salsa/Mambo/Cha-Cha dancer, performer and instructor from New York City. Born in The Bronx, He has performed in many different venues such as the Windows of Hope benefit for 9/11, CDLS Tsunami fundraiser, the 2nd Annual Connecticut Salsa Congress , New York Salsa Congress 2007 as well as events for HBO, See and Be Scene art & music collective, and venues such as Lincoln Center and Central Park.

He also recently performed with the dance company Oriki Omi Oddara in the Afro-Cuban stage spectacular ORIKI A CUBA! - REZO POR TI under the direction of legendary choreographer, dancer and performer Felix "Pupy" Insua.

SUMAN & RACHEL (SINGAPORE)
Suman is a talented Salsa dancer, instructor, choreographer and performer. He started dancing in 2001 and gained popularity in a very short time due to his speed of learning and the pace in which he garnered his Salsa achievements.He managed to sweep the Championship title for the 'Singapore Salsa Competition 2002'. In 2003, he extended his winning streak to clinch the much-coveted Champion's trophy in the 'Malaysia Open Salsa Competition'.
JAZTIN & YANQING (SINGAPORE)
Yanqing is one of the top Salsa dancers and Instructors in the world. Her YOUTUBE.com videos under salsa performances received the highest hit in the world from June to October 2006. She has appeared on TV and Newspapers in Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. She has been voted "Top Female Salsa Dancer in Asia" by WorldSalsaNews.com in 2005. She is the Champion of the 1st Singapore Open Salsa Competition 2005, Champion of Xenbar Professional Salsa Competition 2005. She is the one you see dancing on the TV screen in buses, food courts, shopping malls on TV Mobile and TV programs featured all over Singapore and has worked on and appeared in many Chinese, Tamil and English TV programs in Singapore.

Jaztin, known more for his teaching and contribution to the Salsa scene, was the founding Chairman of the Ice Skating Association Singapore. He ported what he has learnt from figure skating training into training Salsa dancers. Today many Salsa instructors have been through his training programs and have gone on to become Local and International Salsa Instructors.

LOURD VIJAY (BANGALORE, INDIA)
Lourd Vijay (founder & Artistic Director of LVDS) is a phenomenal dancer, an innovative choreographer and a very able instructor. Lourd Vijay counts being invited to conduct Salsa workshops at the World Salsa Congress, Italy and thrilling workshops conducted by him at Salsa Festivals in Hong Kong as well as in Colombo and Bangkok. He has fond memories of choreographing and working in many theatre productions and Bollywood Production including the Jackie Chan starrer 'The Myth".

RICHARD & SNEHA (BANGALORE, INDIA)
Richard Tholoor has been in the professional dancing circuit for over 6 years, specializing in Salsa and Hip Hop. A dancer who gets his highs through performing, he has participated in international workshops and congresses in the UAE, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Sneha Kapoor also known as the 'Indian Salsa Princess' has been dancing for the past 2 years and has represented her school and College at various National level competitions winning many of them. She has been performing at various events and festivals across the country and Abroad.

MEZCLAO DANCE COMPANY (BANGALORE, INDIA)
Anup Thomas has shared his passion for latin dance through performances and workshops in numerous cities and congresses across the United States and throughout the world. He set up Mezclao Dance Company in Bangalore, India in 2005.

Alex Diaz has a unique style of dancing that includes a blend of traditional Salsa/Mambo with Flamenco, Jazz & Modern. He is smooth and graceful, yet powerful and passionate. His connection to and interpretation of the music is uncanny, and you'll often find him singing along with the song while he is dancing.

Meera Emmanuelle was inducted into Break House at Kuwait at the age of 4, where she has done over 300 stage shows around the Gulf Corporation Council in Bollywood and Free Style. Latest being salsa for Femina Miss India. Performed internationally on stage and silver screen for renowned singers Sonu Nigam, Shaan, KK and actors Salman Khan & Karishma Kapoor.

GRUPO INVICTA (SINGAPORE)
Grupo Invicta is a dance performance company specializing in street-style latin dances, including salsa / mambo, cha-cha-cha, rueda de casino, bachata and merengue. Their members have diverse dance backgrounds, bringing with them a wide blend of dance styles, experiences and influences from jazz, hip-hop and afro-carribean dances. The group’s shared vision is to create unique and exciting dance choreographies and to put up high-energy performances. They have performed and taught extensively at local and international venues, including corporate events, festivals and congresses.
SALSA FRESCA (INDONESIA)
REYNO is the founder of SALSA FRESCA, started dancing Salsa in 2003. He has obtained international exposure through participating in several workshops and congress in and around Asia. He was learning Salsa directly from some of the world's famous Salsa Instructors, such as: Super Mario and Susanna Montero from UK; Al (liquid Silver) Espinoza, Jaime Jesus and Little Liz from Australia; and many more. His passion to Salsa has made him to be one of Indonesia's well known Salsa Instructor.

MADYA, is member of The Fun 40's. The Fun 40's is a female dance group with member at age over 40. Madya is a dentist, she started dancing Salsa since 2004, trained by Reyno. The Fun 40's made a success by performing at Singapore International Salsa Festival 2006, and Hong Kong Salsa Festival 2007. Salsa has become a part of her life, thats why she always go with Reyno to some festivals.

SALSA HACHA (BANGKOK, THAILAND)
Salsa Hacha Dance Company was founded by Roj and Aoy in July 2005 after both have been performing and teaching together since 2000. The team is specialized in L.A. Style Salsa.

Hacha (axe in Spanish) represents the shape of Thailand. Salsa Hacha is in other word “Salsa Thailand” with a bit of twist to think about. The team has performed in various local and international salsa events, including 2006 West Cost Congress (LA), 2006 Hong Kong Salsa Festival, 2005 Salsa Bangkok Fiesta, 2005 Hong Kong Salsa Festival, 2003 Thailand Salsa Festival—Bangkok.

RUM PUREE DANCE STUDIO (BANGKOK, THAILAND)
Founded by Apple who lived in NY from 1996-2005, Rum Puree Dance Studio is the first studio in Thailand offering classes in world dances. Apple has extensive experiences in world such as New York Salsa, Belly Dance, Afro-Caribbean, Carnival Samba, Zouk and Striptease. She traveled and was trained by master teachers around the world.

Apple performs and teaches in various venues in New York, Hong Kong, India and Thailand. Recently Apple performed at the Hongkong Salsa Festival 2007, the Indian Internation Dance Festival 2007, the New Orleans Dance Festival 2007 and The Egyptian Dance Academy Gala 2007 in New York City.

TANGO BANGKOK (BANGKOK, THAILAND)
Andreas Lehrke made his first contacty with Argentine Tango about 20 years ago. Living and teaching in BKK since February 2004. He is starting to create a Tango Scene in BKK. The Tango community here in BKK is growing. Together Sunanta (Sam) Bell and Andreas performed in BKK several times at various locations.
RAMONA & JOSCHI (BANGKOK, THAILAND)
Romanian born Ramona has been a known figure in the Thailand dancing scene for many years. Her dance career has taken her to numerous parts of the world like Japan or Mexico to either instruct, perform or to train other dancers. She is well-known for her amazing spins and acrobatic moves. A native German, Jost a.k.a. Joschi has tried to share his passion for Salsa and Merengue whenever his busy work schedule allowed it. He was a co-founder of Salsa India and in the last two years he has been an active member of the Thailand salsa scene. Together they have performed on a number of events in Bangkok since 2004.
